What is the Auction? A long-standing tradition, the Auction is our biggest community-building event of the year and a fundraiser where parents and faculty come together to connect with friends, meet new parents, and deepen relationships within our community while raising vital funds for our students, faculty, and program. Just like the Annual Fund, 100% of all auction proceeds benefit the students and program at Seven Hills, and we ask all parents to participate in the important event in one way or another. I purchased my ticket, but do I have to buy more items while at the Auction? By purchasing your ticket, you are supporting Seven Hills. There’s no obligation to buy anything once you arrive – unless, of course, you’d like to. The auction offers lots of different items at various price points for all. Just come for the fantastic company and community! I’m new to Seven Hills or haven’t attended the auction before. Is this event going to be fun for me having not met many other Seven Hills families? Yes, it is! In the coming weeks, grade level auction reps will reach out to their grade level families to help coordinate tables. Auction reps will get you seated at your grade level table or you can reach out to your auction rep to request to sit with families you know within your grade. Tables are made of 10 people. What’s the attire for the evening? Do I have to dress in costume? One of the really fun things about the auction is that parents and faculty love to come dressed in theme, and the interpretations are varied and fun. Although we were virtual last year, Ms. Pac Man and Blinky, Professor Plum and Mrs. Peacock, and Pat Sajak and Vanna White were in attendance for the Game Night Auction. This year, come in camp-inspired attire—come dressed in your s’mores outfit, Russell from UP, grab your friends and come as camp counselors, or simply put on a camp-inspired t-shirt. If dressing up is not your thing, that’s okay, just come as you are. Costumes are not required.  What can I expect on the night of Camp Seven Hills? On the night of the big event, you will enjoy a cocktail hour and appetizers, followed by a three-course meal. During the main event, you will have the opportunity to bid on some amazing live auction items and participate in the Raise the Paddle. In addition, raffle winner(s) will be announced. The evening concludes with a DJ and dancing. How does the Auction work?

*NEW* Online Silent Auction: This year our silent auction will remain online and run from Thursday, April 28, 12:00 pm to Monday, May 1, 12:00 pm. You will be able to bid on a great variety of items and experiences for your students, yourself, and your family. There’s something for everyone. 


Live Auction: On the night of the event, you will have the opportunity to bid on some of our Live auction packages and participate in the Raise the Paddle.


Raffle: Raffle tickets for the $5,000 tuition credit for the 2022-23 school year can be purchased online on the ticket page and the night of the auction (if still available). The winner will be announced at the event. You do not need to be present to win. 


Prizes: This year we will be offering a few other fun opportunities to win prizes during the evening event on April 30. More details coming soon.
